Don’t keep running the motor. Lower it by hand if it moves safely, keep people clear, and call. If it can’t be secured, tell us — on Sunday we take emergency calls only.

New rolling gates
When a gate is too rusted or bent to repair, we measure the opening and install a new one — solid slat, perforated or grille style, manual or motor-operated — and remove the old one. Ask about the right style for your storefront and what your landlord or the village requires.
Warranty
Our written warranty covers the parts we supply and our labor. Door and opener manufacturers add their own warranties on top — we register new openers for you.

Can a manual rolling gate be motorized?
Usually, if the barrel, springs and slats are in good condition. We check the gate and give you the price for the motor and installation.
